1. What Movie Monster is
Movie Monster is a browsing and discovery tool for film and television. It displays metadata and artwork sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and embeds video playback from third-party players. Movie Monster does not host, store, upload, or control any video files.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Movie Monster only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the service in a way that harms it or other users.
3. Third-party content
Playback is provided through embedded third-party players that we do not operate or control. We make no representations about the availability, legality, quality, or accuracy of that third-party content, and are not responsible for it. Your use of any embedded player is subject to that provider's own terms.
4. No warranty
Movie Monster is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular title will be available.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movie Monster and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party content accessed through it.

7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
